Using a spreadsheet to tabulate Statements of Poll (SOPs) is an established precedent in our elections process. Its use in this election is not an anomaly, all partners when being honest can attest to that. The spreadsheet and manual tabulation of SOPs showed APNU/ AFC won. This can be verified by a review of the SOPs collected from each polling station.
During the verification process, it was recognized however that the computer print out of region 4 reflected differently to repeated manual tabulations, with large inconsistencies especially in APNU+AFC strongholds. Clearly, the computer was hacked. The PPP then demanded that GECOM print from hacked computers and hence the ensuing confusion. The PPP then tried to produce SOPs which are clearly not the ones from polling stations. These can be scrutinized in the versions they released to the public.
Consequently, those discrepancies are not to be taken lightly, where for example there are no names, or the presiding officer’s spelling of his/her own name is incorrect, etc. This brings into question the printouts of spreadsheets used for tabulating the other regions’ results, in particular regions 2, 3, and 6. This puzzle is now coming together and can be more clearly understood in regard to questionable visitors linked to a local observer group.
It is also now clear why the PPP wanted the list to remain bloated. Being entirely familiar with the process, a bloated list, and tampered computers is exactly where the plot thickens. Now the PPP disregards the SOPs and produces their own with massive discrepancies, but the final part of their efforts raised alert.
Hence, the move to intimidate GECOM to do as they say, utilizing abuse and threats to complete their ploy, unchallenged by the observers who are making late attempts to salvage a process that has been contaminated by the PPP.
GECOM’s final result and declaration obviously required an alternative lawful methodology, having regard to the mountainous errors that were at first not clear to the naked eye. These are all the events that raised suspicions and became clearer with the physical hostilities and combative environment that led to an untenable working space.
PPP was going to take these elections at any cost and had the resources to do it.
The PPP resources came in to overpower a democratic process, with their connections regionally and further afield financing a fraud of epic proportions that was supposed to guarantee their going into government. Who else is a part of this strategy we don’t know? Based on the silence from everyone on the siege on GECOM, we’re only left to ponder these worrying facts.
