The Corona Virus & The Foolish ‘Small Fries’ In Guyana

Tonight in Guyana, more than 40 people are gathered in the dark to protest the fumigation of the Arthur Chung Center, before the scheduled vote recount which will be supervised by Caricom and GECOM. The people gathered outside are most of Guyana’s elite, who see themselves as heirs to the oil right Guyana throne. They are desperate for power and to be frank, they are mostly PPPC supporters; Indians, and mixed elites. People who see the African Guyanese leaders in the APNU-AFC coalition as beneath them and unintelligent, and therefore unqualified to lead.

These morons, in the middle of a global health crisis, are willing to subject themselves, their family and the at risk members of society, to a possible contamination of the Corona virus. All for the sake of power. So tonight, they gather to protest.

It wasn’t enough that they broke down doors at GECOM and subjected the Chair, to disrespect, an unhealthy environment and physical attack, and now boast of how they evaded prosecution, but tonight once again, they have begun their disrespect and entitlement. These power hungry morons know that they are putting others at risk, but they are selfish, money worshipers and they don’t care.

Frankly, the government is foolish for agreeing to this recount right now, in the face of the global crisis. The counting agents will be working from 9am until 11pm every day in close proximity to each other. Idiocy!

The Caricom team is foolish for traveling while the world is suffering a global health crisis and GECOM is foolish for entertaining the idiocy. Guyana is not equipped to manage a national health crisis, we need not look any further than Italy for what an impending crisis can do to Guyana.

These idiot proceedings must stop immediately! They will cause more harm than good. The selfish players will not be able to make a reasoned choice right now. Right thinking Guyanese must save them from themselves.
